Filipino food may not be as famous as that of its Thai and Vietnamese neighbors. But with more than 7,000 islands and a colorful history, this archipelago has some delicious dishes of its own.

Blessed with an abundance of seafood, tropical fruits and creative cooks.

Filipino dishes are bold in flavors. We love using vinegar, soy sauce. coconut milk,  seasoning and spices in our dish.

Deviled Egg garnish with candied Fresno chili pepper.

My deviled eggs recipe is fairly standard, except I like to add some special ingredients and spices. its really good and luxurious texture. The other glaring addition is a simple, yet stunning ring of candied Fresno chili pepper. I think a little sweetness is important to balance the sharp flavors, and these “rings of fire,” you can't resist yourself no to try one.

Bake Chicken Empanada

Bake Chicken Empanada is a type of pastry that is stuffed with chicken meat, potato, carrots, and sweet peas. This is made by placing the filling in the middle of a flattened dough and sealing it by pinching and folding the edges. Similar types of Empanadas are also common in Spain and South America. In fact, the Cuban Picadillo almost resembles the Filipino Empanada in ingredients and taste.
